Welcome to my homepage

I am currently Lecturer in Philosophy at La Trobe University, Melbourne and Visiting Senior Research fellow in Hannes Leitgeb's group at the Centre for Mathematical Philosophy (MCMP) at the University of Munich.

Prior to arriving at La Trobe, I held positions at various European institutions. I was most recently Senior Research Fellow at the MCMP. Before this, I was Research Fellow at the University of Leuven, Adam Smith Visiting Professor in Philosophy and Economics at the University of Bayreuth and Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Glasgow. I also spent some time at the London School of Economics as a Visiting Fellow.

I am cofounder of the Choice & Inference blog, which I launched in 2009 in collaboration with  Jonah Schupbach.

You can find a video of a recent talk of mine ('Subjective Probabilities Need Not Be Sharp') on the MCMP itunes channel.
